[TOMT] Dystopian ballerina short film

I remember when I was around the 7th grade in english class we were learning about utopias and dystopia's world building in writing. And I remember my English teacher shared a short story about this dystopian world where everyone purposely wore masks to cover up their faces because in their world they didn't want anyone to look more beautiful or ugly than anyone else. And specifically there's like a moment in the story where there was a ballerina and man comes on the stage alongside one of the ballerina and they both take off their masks. And there was even like a short film in class that we watched that basically had the same plot line.

I have never been able to find that story or short film since then. My memory is pretty fuzzy so there's probably a lot of other details that I can't remember or what I do remember isn't completely accurate.
