Quickbooks Desktop pur based from 3rd party vendor.

I see Amazon is selling QB desktop through 3rd party vendor. I want to maintain Desktop and I have the 2021version. I would appreciate thoughts on purchasing 2024 through 3rd party vendor. Thanks
