Headache specialist/neurologist recommendations?

Can anyone recommend any good neurologists or headache/migraine specialists in the Madison area? (Physicians, specifically.)

With health insurance changing for next year, I likely have to find a new provider. I used to go to UW Neurology until my early 20s, and I had such bad experiences there that I'm hoping to not go back unless things have changed.
