Osteo biflex

I have disfiguring hand arthritis in my family and have started to get symptoms. I asked my rheumatologist how to prevent it from getting worse and he suggested this supplement.

I see there’s no good quality evidence.

Has anyone here tried it and do you like it?

I noticed there are different formulas with this brand too. Which one do you like and why?
