Favorite apartment complexes near c-470?

Husband and I are trying to move before our baby gets here because we live in a second floor apartment where the stairs can get ... very scary especially in the winter. We were planning on transferring apartments but my complex recently changed property management and to be honest, the whole process has felt extremely shady.

All this to say, what are you favorite complexes? We don't mind a bigger complex as long as the property management is great.
