Elden ring loading screen bug

Okay, so it's been almost a year and I still can't load my character, spent 177 hours on it and honestly I'd rather not start again, I don't know much what I could do. I uninstalled, reinstalled it. I did shut down my Xbox to no avail, I'm truly hopeless and I'd need help, anything would be appreciated
