How can I get cancel my Sky broadband subscription?

Hello.

So, Sky is awful. It is slow, it goes theough maintenance every other week and it always takes them days to get back online, while they keep changing the expected dates.

I have decided to cancel it, however they are ignoring me.

I tried their chats with Kyla and were redirected to agents that never read the messages.

I managed to talk to one when I started the request as a connection status check, but she ignored my cancellation inquiry and immediately ended the chat.

I have tried calling, but when I enter the account number they say it is inavlid and tell me to use Kyla.

They do not have physical sites anymore and no other contact method is available.

How can I do this? Should I just stop paying?
