Should I take this position?

Question

I know the current climate of everything sucks and I really hope things look up soon for everyone, but I need advice…

I am currently an analyst for a contractor making about 24.50/hr. I recently got in contact with another contractor at the same base who is currently in the process of trying to win over a new contract. The position they proposed to me is Supply Technician and said they could start me at $32/hr. I would love the raise honestly, however, I am comfortable with the current contractor that I work under. They are very flexible. From allowing me to WFH when my kid is sick to taking time off of work whenever something comes up. Work is super relaxed too. As long as I do my job, I don’t hear from anyone. I will say at times I feel micromanaged due to my supervisor double-checking/over-analyzing my work, but I feel like a part of that is due to the fact I am in my early 20s and fresh out of the military. Outside of that, I have no complaints.. I am just unsure of what I should do.

Any advice?
