Everything is connected

The opposite of addiction is connection, so they say. If that’s the case, I’ve never been more disconnected in my life. I’m a slave to my own neurotic impulse. It can all change so swiftly, so suddenly…but it ALL has to change. I wish it didn’t feel like a choice between two extremes - crippling addiction or uninhibited peace and stillness - but it definitely feels that way.
