Need support urgent

Hi please is anyone available to talk - not feeling good after possible overeating. Been extremely anxious lately because of some other life stuff and having lots of nighttime indigestion.y partner just got diagnosed with a terminal illness and I’ve not been able to eat much because if my grief, just ate a big meal with him earlier tonight and now can’t sleep with raving thoughts and nausea, just want to message with someone to help calm down
