Player reactions, morale, the lack of proper conversation/answers

Story

Hey, first off, rant. 3 years into a save (in fm26, doesn’t really matter tho, the player interactions are the same as in 24 in my experience) a team leader decides he wants to fuck off to Ingerland to score some fakin goals and shittalks the team how weak they are (we won the BuLi, CL, DfB). On deadline day. His preferred option is Newcastle (they finished 5th in the previous season, but he was okay with the Gooners, last season 4th). Alright, off you go, got an acceptable offer. Next day, another team leader calls a meeting (not mandatory to go afaik, but decided to see the options). My influential players want my head for letting him go, and there is just one option missing from the 10 different explanations you can choose from: he threatened me with turning the entire team against me. “He’s outgrown the team”, “His wage demands didn’t fit our profile”, “He is shite and I wanted him gone”, none of these tell the truth. Why can’t we have an option that says “Cunt said he’d set the lockers on fire if he can’t move”. Anyways, this is a bit exaggerated, but my main problem is the conversations are unbearably bland, I can’t reason properly, there are no appropriate answers, and this is just an example. I think that was very productive, it’s good to have it all sorted out, thanks everyone.
