Does the way he act mean anything?

He has made subtle compliments to me about my appearance. He randomly brought up and commented on an outfit that I was wearing from a while ago. He remembers things I’ve told him and brings them into conversations we have. He agrees with me a lot when I’m speaking about certain topics. He will offer to walk me to places after hanging out. He sticks up for me often and will say things like he perfectly understands me. He invades my personal space and touches me. He says my name all the time. I catch him glancing at me and looking away.
