Can we file our CSE application on Tuesday since gov’t offices are suspended tomorrow?

We originally scheduled our filing of Civil Service Exam (CSE) applications for Monday, but since government offices will be suspended tomorrow, we’re wondering if we can come on Tuesday instead to file our applications.

Does anyone know if CSC offices will be open and accepting CSE applications on Tuesday?
