Solo 3 coughing and burnt particles

Hi all,

Is there a way to properly check the temperature produced by the Solo?

In my experience the temp on this device is very inaccurate: almost every session I end up coughing till I have tears in my eyes, very unpleasant feeling.
There are also practically every time some burnt particles in the abv (black), even when vaping below 200C.

With my Starry and Volcano I can comfortable vape at 205C without coughing.

Am I doing something wrong or is my Solo faulty?
