Was there an update in jet / flight controls I missed?

I have been flying jets recently and it was pretty ok. Since about 2 weeks or more I am not able to fly it anymore. It seems like all my control settings can't be restored and it's like flying a bubble. All controls lead to an oversteering or wrong behaviour of steering. Tried some various new tik tok or insta recommendations for the setup but it's still not the same. Playing with mouse and keyboard on pc. Thanks
