Tret above the eyes?

I use 0.1% gel all over my face but I use 0.5% cream under my eyes. I’m wondering, should I use it NOT on my eye lids, but the skin just beneath my brows? I know as we age that area can sag and wrinkle pretty noticeably. Does anyone here do that? I remember seeing a post about a woman who used tret everywhere but there and now in her older age it’s notably more aged than the rest of her face
