In sober living and being gang stalked?

Hello. I joined a sober living and came 6 hours away from home to remove myself from drugs and try to get to a better future. However even though I am sober. Some really odd things keep happening. Is it possible gang stalking would have followed me. My husband is in prison and we have criminal backgrounds we have both delt with gang stalking before but this..... this is weird and confusing. So please message me if you have advice or can help me understand if this is normal
