Student Loan Debt

Let me start by saying that I know I’m not the only person struggling and feeling hopeless about h this stuff. I’m posting because I literally have no idea what to do and need a lot of help. I’m not asking for a handout I know I have to pay them, I’m just overwhelmed. I have multiple sets of students loans with Sallie Mae and the federal government even the parent plus loans technically even tho my parents are listed on them too they can’t afford it and it’s my education. Half of my Sallie Mae loans defaulted despite me speaking with them multiple times asking to figure out a lower repayment plan(at the time they wanted 1300.00 a month when I was making 1100.00 if that every two weeks and rent was 1700, car payment etc.). And even now that I’m a nurse and my income has increased half of the Sallie Mae loans I’m being sued for the lawyer to represent me wants 6,000.00 total and I’m short 4,000.00 . I still have to pay the other Sallie Mae loans that haven’t defaulted yet and don’t forget my government loans and the parent plus ones. Again I know have no one to blame but myself and obviously I take responsibility I just need to know if anyone knows a way I could get a loan or something to combine all of my student loan payments even the ones I’m getting sued for or combine every single one of my debts into one and pay them. This is just an SOS for ideas, I like I’m sure many of you have anxiety about this like wakes me up in the middle of the night. Anyone with suggestions, ideas, similar experience please let me know what you did
