Anyone had success booking air New Zealand business 4 weeks in advance?

I’ve heard that they have been dropping space a month in advance. Currently nothing open whatsoever on air NZ or any partners both in economy and in business. Looking to fly early Jan. Not sure whether it’s worth waiting until 1 month out to see if something opens up or booking something else in advance. Alternative cash tickers are largely not refundable. I know Jan is a tough window. Ideally looking for NZ to Hong Kong.
