I have Disney and Southwest Gift Cards for sale but I am STILL not allowed to list them?

But why are genuine sellers like me not allowed to list these? My account was placed on hold and I am not receiving since weeks a reply on how to restore my account just because I didn't know that I wasn't allowed to list these. My account is +6 years old with hundreds of completed trades so just because other sellers sold bad cards for Disney and SW, genuine sellers like me have to be punished?
