Honors college application

Dad here asking for a daughter… She has a 3.914 GPA and an 1130 on the SAT.

What are her chances of being accepted into the Honors College? She can write a decent essay and has a solid resume from high school.

We are also coming from out-of-state.

And, is it worth it?

And, when does the application process start since she won’t get the email.
