Carrier SMB needs to be larger.

As the title states, whatever happens with carriers the ship maintenance bay needs to be made much larger. It doesn't quite fit the purpose of a carrier to have the same SMB as a dread or Fax. I may be mistaken but I remember the assembled carrier volume to be 1.3M Mtr-3, this also needs increasing to logically allow the increase in SMB.

I suggest between 7.5 million Mtr-3 to 10 Million Mtr-3 for the SMB increase and more than this for the carrier volume increase.
