FZE Legal Entity Type for FTA Registration

What is the correct entity type to be used for a single-individual-owner FZE (Free Zone Establishment) established in Creative City Freezone Fujairah?

Our company was previously registered as a "Legal person - Incorporated" in the FTA portal, but when we tried to update our trade license this year, the FTA rejected our application saying the entity type should be changed to "Natural Person".

I went through every legal/tax document I can find, but they all say FZE's are legal persons, even if they have a single natural person as the owner.

Should I contact a Tax Agent and send an official Clarification Request from the FTA website? Not sure what to do here. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
