Moving from Apple Watch, need G Shock with some similar functionality

I’m male, small stature, thin frame, small wrists

Looking for a Casio that won’t look terrible on my wrist and has some activity functionality (mainly step counts, heart rate) that syncs with Apple Health (my work offers discounted insurance premiums)

I’ve tried looking on my own but have become overwhelmed by model names, etc

I think I’m looking for a Move model?

Anyway any help would be appreciated
