CCTV camera suggestion?

I want to install 4 camera in my shop. How much will it cost me for a good quality setup? The distance for recording is 15-20 feet at max. Night recording and voice recording also. Should I buy it online? Wireless vs ip camera? Suggest me a good shop if offline buying is better option.
