Dropped my IOE admission and planning to move to Germany for engineering.

I got 3000ish rank which is way low of my caliber(i believe so).I was preparing for SAT the whole time and i just skimmed through formula in 3 days and gave the entrance i got the branch i wanted but the college is not that much good(according to my teachers and counselors) so i decided not to take admission applied in a german uni for english taught program and its very likely that i'll get accepted rn m learning German and my intake is in march.I dont know weather i did the right thing or not but yeah that whats my instinct says.All my friends are going to college rn and I'm having a FOMO just wanted to let this out somewhere.
