Racquet Guidance

My coach is suggesting Tibhar Carbon shot blade (₹2600), and Rubber(Tibhar evolution mx-p) ₹3600(each) , the costing comes down around ₹10,000. Is this setup good or suggest any better setup around this price range.(I am an intermediate player).
