Collecting character set

I'm new to the OP TCG and have started by ripping some packs and collecting. I'd like to collect a Tony Tony Chopper character set of only Chopper cards. I find it quite difficult to find a list of the the released cards of a specific character, and preferably in released order. It's so I can put them in my binder in released order. I know some cards have pre-release and tournament stamp, but at first I'd keep these excluded and chase the others. Any tips on collecting these kind of sets?
