What’s the best tool for making wills online?

So I finally convinced my partner that we need to get our wills in place (adulting hard these days lol), but we’d like to avoid spending a bunch of money on lawyer fees if possible.

I’ve been looking at a few different online will makers, but it’s hard to know whether they’re trustworthy or which one is the best.

LegalZoom is the one I’ve looked at most and it seems legit, but I’ve also been getting hit with ads for Trust & Will, FreeWill, and Rocket Lawyer. So, I’m doing what every diligent consumer does under these circumstances; turning to Reddit for answers.

FWIW, ours is a pretty straightforward case: married, no kids yet, own a home, a couple investment accounts, no big assets outside of our primary residence.

I don’t mind paying for something that’s truly rock solid, but I also don’t want to spend $200+ if a cheaper option would’ve covered the same ground. Especially since we’ll probably need to update it again in a few years once we have kids.

Ideally would like to hear from someone who’s used one (or more) of these tools relatively recently. TIA!
