Is the filtering really that bad?

I'm looking forward to buying my first 3D-printer, and had plans for a P2S. But I now see there's a problem with the filtering, and since it will probably be in my living room, this seems like an issue to worry about.

Do the P1S, X1C and H2S have the same issues? And if not, why not?
