Dubai airport terminal 2 - fly Dubai

Hi. I’m in a bit of dilemma about a situation.

My relatives are arriving at 4:55 am (landing time) at Dubai airport terminal 2 and I have a flight at 5:55 am (departing time) exactly one hour later. They will be in arrivals and I’ll be in departures in the same terminal 2. Is there any way I could meet them?

P.s they have a connecting flight so they can’t come out of the airport
