Front brake dust shield

Hello all

I just bought Mazda 2 2011 (DE), overall i think is great addition to our garage as we needed some small car around town and winter driving

Fist of all i noticed it has somewhat rust underneath, will take care of it asap as is bad but there are no holes yet.. What bothers me is the broken (rusted) front brake dust shield, as i have some grinding noise after the car is driven for few km and mostly when i go straight (when i turn the wheel left or right is fine) it stops and goes mostly when brakes are warm from front left wheel. I have ordered new ones but just noticed after re-checking everything that i need to remove the wheel hub in order to install it, is there any way around this?
