While two parcels away from finishing my 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm route, and about 45 45-minute drive away from DCR2 station, a number of ghost parcels were added to my route.

At about 16:30, the flex app started requesting that I should drive back to DCR2 the station (45 minutes away), collect a number of additional parcels to be delivered around the location I was already delivering (another 45 minutes' drive) to continue delivering the two parcels I already had with me as well the other additional parcels I didn't have with me.
Please see the screen recordings; the app wouldn't allow me to ignore the ghost parcels and deliver the two parcels I already had with me.

Upon calling support, the call handlers had no idea what was going on, claiming to have no means to revert the route to its original state. They requested that I return to collect the additional parcels. After about three tries and demanding to speak to a supervisor, support asked me to deliver the two parcels manually and call them so it could be marked as delivered.

With the two parcels delivered manually, but support still unable to remove the other parcels, the collection showing as late, I could not finish my route or even receive offers for that evening.

A couple of hours later, and following several calls to support, the app eventually allowed me to finish the route.

Simply surreal. This all happened on Saturday, and I've already emailed support, fearing that issues will be added to my standings - not even an acknowledgement of my email so far.

Has this happened to anyone?
