Stopping birth control?

Sooo my birth control is due to be updated soon and I’m debating just stopping it … the desire to be bred is stronger than anything. My boyfriend is this big tall broad man and I’m only 5foot1 (f23) and the thought of bearing his children is driving me insane. My belly swelling from carrying his child, giving him a whole brood ugh I can’t stop thinking about it my skin is on fire for it

Do I stop it and not tell him?
