Optimizing image on new oled 1440p monitor. Reduce blur?

Also the sharpness? Detail? It doesn't matter the settings I choose unless zoomed in it never matches what I see streamers have.

Side notes using msi 32" OLED connected toa. HP oniboook x flip laptop Connected via USB c to DP (monitor) According to specs this ha enough singal rate for 240hz 2560x1440 HDR works but doesn't look better in game.

• path of exile 2, fps action right In town 130fps in action heavy areas 30-60 fos no matter the settings or resolution.

Game known to have fps issues in said areas per everyone and devs.

Making sure im not missing some setting ,resolution or aspect ratio for this. Custom hdr color profile as well ran through calibration.
