What's your experiences with ruqyah?

I'm asking because my wife just experienced ruqyah after 2 months of being challenged by the shaytan, during it her legs moved constantly and she began reacting really strongly to it, has abnormal levels of anger, swearing, rejection of Islam, and sihr was later confirmed to have been done (I won't explain this since it's a lot) I just want some reassurance from any of my brothers and sisters here about your experiences and your perspectives, I would really appreciate it, thank you, so much.
