Plot twist - uber don’t give AF about drivers

I have about 500 trips, I record every ride now using uber system, I drive the speed limit, clean my car every hour, car wash daily, drive a Tesla and most importantly ask if this is the desired drop off location. Received a false score about wrong drop off location…… contact support to try and get it removed and they say tough love. Don’t look into a fraud submission, just some bs scripts. My question is why should a false report go on my record if I did everything correctly and they refuse to even look at the footage. Everyone should be held accountable for what they say. Even on google the owner can respond to customers reviews on their app. This isnt an issue on Lyft or even DoorDash. I’m over it and gonna legally run this to the ground. One false report is one too many and I know a lot of you rely on this for a living. These money hungry pigs needs to take drivers seriously.
