Can someone help E#s make sense to me? I need an ELI5 level lesson here. It's the only thing holding me back.

I can fairly reliably get my scores up to E+021 but it's a major struggle because my brain can't wrap around what that means. I either deposit too much and waste rounds because I didn't know how much I had, or I don't make enough to meet the deadline because I didn't know how short I was so I couldn't adjust my build to go further.

I don't know how to explain it any better than that and this is an embarrassing thing regardless cause my brain has never gotten along with math to begin with. But, for example:

Say the deadline 5.12345E+022. My jackpots are getting me 3.12345E+019.

I can't seem to fathom how many jackpots I need to reach that deadline. Something is just not clicking in my head with this.

If anyone has an idiot proof way to grasp the concepts at play here, I'm all ears. Thanks!
