Is there a way to evolve Haunter or any other Traed Evo Pokemon without trading w other people?

I havea shiny Haunter and I want to evolve it to a Gengar. I wanna keep my own given it's shiny and it's my first one ever. I'd also like to keep my name at the OT so trading with another player's shiny gengar isn't really viable. I heard Home doesn't allow Trade Evos so I'm out of ideas.

Sorry if this has been answered already, but I couldn't find a efinitive answer on how to do it
