Has anyone has hair regrowth and general thinning loss/improvement after starting hrt?

Im not even a full on trans women, if anything im more agender amd just want to get rid of my secondary sex characteristics and really the only thing stopping my from hrt is not having my torso/facial lazer hair removal finished and the fact that I just dont want boobs. If I was afab id probably just do minimal changes with T and top surgery and call it a day, but my genetics say nay, you shall be muscular, hairy, and have thinning hair, not totally bald, but general stress doesnt exactly help the matter.
