What Singapore souvenirs should I get for a large group of my Ang Mo friends?

Flying to the US next month and visiting some American and British friends. It’s a big group, about 20 of them. I was initially thinking of getting them the YaKun Kaya gift set but it’s $8.8 for two which means twenty would be $88 which is quite ridiculous and out of my budget and would also take up a bunch of space in my luggage. What other SG gifts that’s cheaper can I get and doesn’t take up too much space in my luggage??
