85-90% Chocolate Melting Wafers

Baking Advice Needed

I’m currently going through kilos of Lindt 85–90% chocolate - the shops near me keep running out, and the price has gone up by about $3 per bar since I started. Obviously, that’s not sustainable.

I’ve been looking into melting wafers, but nothing comes close to the low sugar content of Lindt’s dark chocolates, which have only 14g of carbohydrates per 100g.

Any suggestions for a product I could use instead, before I completely drain my local market of Lindt? 😅
