Why are some these IM interviews 5 hours long?

3 interviews, 20 mins each but the blocks are scheduled with fucking 1 hr breaks or whatever works for the program. I find it very unprofessional and a blatant disregard for my time. They also never send out surveys for feedback, otheriwse i would tear em apart. faculty are even late to some of these fuckign sessions. i am really annoyed
