Help with Bluetooth (CSR8510 A10) not working on macOS Sequoia – ASUS Z390-A / i9-9900K / Titan Ridge 2 setup

HELP

Hi everyone,

I’ve successfully installed macOS Sequoia on my system using the Dortania OpenCore guide. Everything works fine except Bluetooth.

My system specs: • Motherboard: ASUS Z390-A • CPU: i9-9900K • GPU: Intel UHD 630 (iGPU only) • Thunderbolt: GC-Titan Ridge 2 (SSDT-enabled) • macOS: Sequoia • Bootloader: OpenCore • Bluetooth Dongle: Trust 18187 (CSR8510 A10 chipset)

I’ve tried BlueToolFixup.kext and IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext (with matching USB mapping). The dongle is recognized as “CSR8510 A10” but Bluetooth remains off (Address: NULL, Chipset: BCM_4350C2).

Could anyone share what configuration or kext combination works best for CSR-based Bluetooth dongles on Sequoia? Also, is the ASUS BT400 still considered the best compatible option for OpenCore setups on macOS Sequoia?

Thanks a lot in advance for any guidance! (No prebuilt EFI requests — just trying to fix my Bluetooth setup.)
