How can I feel and stop rationalizing everything?
When I was younger, it wasn't so difficult to just throw myself in and let my curiosity guide me when it came to feeling.
Today it seems that there is a gap between what I feel, as if it had to pass through a rational filter before reaching my consciousness.
This doesn't allow me to have a more "authentic" interaction, I'm always trying to perform, look for jokes, analogies in a forced way just to impress the person at all times instead of feeling it.
My perception is that I always want to make the person feel a nuclear bomb of feelings talking to me, and the effect of that is like 1kg of brigadeiro, for the first few spoonfuls it's delicious but then it gets sickening.
I have an unusual self-perception, I know all the mistakes I make, I know what the person is thinking, I know the objective to be achieved, and I still make mistakes in execution.
I believe that I am suppressing my Ne too much, not trusting her innate capacity for improvisation and placing all responsibility on You in order to control the uncontrollable.
Maybe this comes from the projection of value I'm giving to the person, they already like me, they want me, whenever we go out it's incredible, but I'm always paranoid about optimizing the experience even more and always delivering the best thing to them.
