Game freezes/and Windows too sort of? only in WoW

when I play World of Warcraft, it freezes my game a lot and sometimes i see black screen but can still see white text. I got these two videos.

I have tried
dx11/dx12, high/low settings
DDU + nvidiacleaninstall
install older graphics driver
memreduct to clean memory?
HWMonitor shows no weird temps on anything, it all looks fine in there
disable all addons in the game, windowed/windows fullscreen no difference
