Help to buy

Unsure what to do.Myself and my girlfriend are both 25 and currently both live at home respectively.We’ve been considering moving out together for a number of years now but just can’t justify spending over 2k a month to live in a one bed apartment.i’ve worked in Tech for 3 years now and earn just over 50k where as my girlfriend has just entered the corporate world and earns a modest salary of under 30k.We would be eligible for around 25k rebate using the Help to buy scheme but are unsure if we should purchase a property we know we’d only be living in for 5/6 years or wait to buy.
