how do i stop?

Need some advice on how you guys managed to stop cuz im tireeed of having such ugly hands😩 Been biting them since forever,never had normal nails in my life,it didnt bother me before but now people started making fun of me and its crushing my self esteem I tried to stop countless of times and no luck,its like i do it without realising it :/
