Can’t lay down, pain after 30seconds

Is This Normal?

Did anyone suffer of such condition? I got pinched l5s1 and sciatica on my right side leg. I got pain since August and it slowly got worse and worse. When I walk and stand up I’m ok, I feel the pain but it’s minimal. When I sit it’s painful.

But now since a few days I just can’t sleep at day or night because I just can’t lay down in any advised position, tried multiple beds, on the ground, with or without pillows, with or without exercices before bed

I slept a total of 10 hours during the last 96hours. I got pills and pain killer, but it doesn’t change anything. I’m starting to feel crazy and sometimes cry because I feel desperate walking alone at 3/4/5/6am at night in the street while it’s freezing cold I even wonder how could I stay alive in such conditions , it’s a fight between my brain and my body to not think dark ideas

Has anyone ever suffered of such severe condition? I don’t understand how come I could walk for like 2-3 hours per day but not lay down..

What I do is basically go walk at 3am for one hour, then my body is heat and I can lay down a bit; wake up from pain at 6am, go walk a bit and return to bed to wake up again from pain like 40mns later

I see physio; I did mri, I’m only 34 years old

I tried /try lowbackability, hip exercises, my physio suggested exercices but no success
