Can my mid year report be changed?

I am and IB student and I recieved my predicted based on my DP2 term 1 score, however my school gave the marks a day before the early action deadline and thus mistakes in the grading were spotted a day after the deadline. My counselor has already submitted my mid year report to the common app. Can the grades be changed for the regular decision deadline?
